INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY TERMS
Please carefully read the following Terms of Use before entering an instagram giveaway. lots of love club and rosemary fajardo both operate under LOTS OF LOVE CLUB LLC (“lolc llc”)
entry guidelines:
no purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win or claim prize.
entry for a lolc llc instagram giveaway requires one more or more of the following: follow @rosemary.fajardo, follow @lotsofloveclub, like the corresponding giveaway post on instagram, and/or tag friends in the comments.
how winners are chosen and notified:
one winner will be selected randomly and will be announced on the corresponding lolc llc instagram account’s stories. the odds of winning will typically be dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
claiming a prize
claiming winners may also be required to complete and sign a liability release prior to, and as a condition of, receiving a particular prize. prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and must be taken in their entirety. the number of winners, the specific prizes to be awarded, and the values of prizes will typically be stated on the corresponding lolc llc instagram giveaway post.
no part of a prize may be sold or bartered on ebay, craigslist, or similar third party site. no cash or other substitution allowed by winner, but sponsor may substitute the prize, or any portion thereof, for a prize of equal or greater value at sponsor’s sole discretion for any reason. winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries unless detailed in a specific giveaway rules addendum.
winners who don’t claim their prize
winning contestants who do not claim their prize via instagram message within seventy-two (72) hours of the announcement will forfeit giveaway prize. in such an event, a new winner will be randomly selected and contacted by instagram message to claim the prize. the prize must be claimed via instagram message.
eligibility
you must be thirteen (13) years of age or older to enter and is available for anywhere in the world. do not enter if you are not eligible. failure to abide by these terms and conditions renders any such win void.
in order to be eligible to win a prize in any contest or giveaway, you and/or members of your household cannot have won any prize from lolc llc of any value within thirty (30) days prior to the awarding of a prize to you, or a prize or combination of prizes with a total stated value of $500.00 or more from lolc llc within 180 days prior to the awarding of a prize to you in a giveaway or contest. these restrictions apply even if you reject the prize.
liability and indemnification
by participating in a giveaway or contest, you: (a) agree to release and indemnify lolc llc and any contest or giveaway sponsor or prize providers (including their officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, and parent or related companies) from and against any and all liability, claims, damages and actions arising directly or indirectly out of or sustained in connection with the conduct of the giveaway or contest, and the awarding, acceptance or use of any prize(s); and (b) consent to the use by lolc llc, for promotional purposes only, of your entry, your likeness, your voice, and/or your address (city and state only) without any additional compensation.
lolc llc is not responsible for printing errors in the giveaway or contest materials, these rules, or any contest-specific rules that we may implement. by entering our giveaway or contests, each contestant agrees to be bound by, and comply with, all official rules governing the giveaway or contest, including these standards terms and conditions or any contest-specific and giveaway’s-specific rules we may implement, including any addendums to these terms and conditions.
this giveaway is void where prohibited. lolc llc retains the right to add, revise, modify, amend, supplement, and update the terms and conditions of this giveaway without any prior notice. any and all updated terms and conditions will be posted on this page with the date and time of revision.
lolc llc is not responsible for any issues related to accessing the lolc llc website or for issues related to instagram messages, technical or atmospheric conditions that disrupt the completion of an etry, or any other problems which may result from the lolc llc giveaways and contests. lolc llc will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or sponsor.
lolc llc reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the giveaway.

information collected from this giveaway promotion will be held under the terms of the lots of love club website privacy policy.

giveaways and contests may include prizes from one (1) or more sponsors. each sponsor may have specific rules and conditions relating to the usage of each sponsored prize including, but not limited to, dates, times, types, taxes, gratuities, insurance, and liability waivers that relate to that specific prize or activity. for any specific sponsored prize rules and conditions, please contact that sponsor directly.
